Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a UX Researcher (quantitative) in the United States to lead rigorous measurement and analysis across studies on novel interfaces and wearable hardware. The role involves working with interdisciplinary teams and access to unreleased hardware and testing facilities.

You will design and execute quantitative studies, own end-to-end analysis, and build measurement instruments used by multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantitative UX research methods and study design.
• Experience using R and Python for analysis and modeling.
• Ability to build measurement instruments and scorecards for broader teams.
• Experience handling telemetry data and field studies is a plus.
• Ability to communicate findings to non-research audiences clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute quantitative studies (experimental, quasi-experimental, survey, longitudinal).
• Own end-to-end analysis: hypothesis, power, data cleaning, modeling, interpretation.
• Develop and validate measurement instruments and scorecards.
• Analyze repeated-measures and longitudinal data (mixed-effects, time-series).
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate questions into measurable research.
