Job summary
INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Senior Quantitative UX Researcher for onsite work in MPK/Seattle/NYC. You will lead end-to-end UX research with a strong quantitative focus, and design and field large-scale surveys to inform product decisions.
You will partner with Product, Design, Content and Data Science to translate findings into actionable recommendations and present insights to senior leadership, using AI tools to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX research with quantitative emphasis.
- Experience leading end-to-end research programs.
- Proven ability to translate research findings into product guidance.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX research with a strong quantitative focus.
- Design, field and analyze large-scale consumer surveys.
- Select appropriate quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods.
- Translate findings into actionable product and design recommendations.
- Partner with Product, Design, Content and Data Science to influence direction.
- Utilize AI tools to deliver insights to senior leadership.
