Qualifications

• Two+ years of trading or market making experience.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure and order-book dynamics.
• Data-driven decision making under pressure in fast markets.
• Interest in digital assets and trading technology.

Responsibilities

• Take shared ownership of trading performance across asset classes and ensure strong execution quality.
• Monitor markets, order books, order flow, and exposures in real time; identify and mitigate risks.
• Optimise pricing, hedging, routing, execution, and internalisation using market insight and analytics.
• Dynamically adjust trading parameters within defined risk limits and analyze spreads and hedge performance.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, product teams, operations, and partners to improve algorithms and trading-system performance.
