Qualifications

• PhD in biotechnology, microbiology, chemical engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years industrial yeast work in batch/continuous modes.
• Experience with lab-scale bioreactors and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth physiological characterization of target yeast strains.
• Measure metabolites with HPLC/GC-MS and analyze data.
• Model fermentation kinetics and nutrient uptake from bioreactor data.
• Optimize feeding strategies based on carbon flux and oxygen transfer.
