Job summary

Susquehanna is expanding its in-house recruiting team and seeks a Quantitative Campus Recruiter to shape campus programs with a data-driven mindset. You’ll partner with university contacts, build relationships, and expand reach while influencing hiring strategy and branding.

You will interview mathematically oriented candidates, craft annual campus plans, design events, and scale recruitment efforts across the country. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in mathematics or another STEM field.
• At least one year of professional work experience in recruiting or campus hiring is a plus.
• Strong event-planning skills and evidence of successful event execution.
• Demonstrated interest in developing candidate relationships and interviewing.
• Strong sense of urgency and emotional intelligence.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.

Overview

Our in-house recruiting team is expanding! We are looking for a Quantitative Campus Recruiter to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our campus recruiting efforts. If you are an individual who is passionate about mathematical problem solving and building social connections, then we want to hear from you!

You will join a team of recruiters focused on hiring top-tier talent into Susquehanna’s university-level programmes. Beyond interviewing and hiring, you will work directly with our university contacts to maintain existing relationships, as well as create new connections to expand our overall reach. Your efforts will directly impact our hiring strategy, recruiting process, and recruitment marketing + branding initiatives. We are looking for an innovative problem solver who can leverage new tools and ideas to strengthen our brand recognition, diversify our recruiting efforts, and attract the best talent.

What you’ll do

• Leverage your mathematical background while interviewing and assessing quantitative campus candidates by working through probability and logic questions.

What we’re looking for
