Job summary

Susquehanna is expanding its in-house recruiting team and seeks a Quantitative Campus Recruiter to shape campus programs with a data-driven mindset. You’ll partner with university contacts, build relationships, and expand reach while influencing hiring strategy and branding.

You will interview mathematically oriented candidates, craft annual campus plans, design events, and scale recruitment efforts across the country. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in mathematics or another STEM field.
• At least one year of professional work experience in recruiting or campus hiring is a plus.
• Strong event-planning skills and evidence of successful event execution.
• Demonstrated interest in developing candidate relationships and interviewing.
• Strong sense of urgency and emotional intelligence.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your mathematical background while interviewing and assessing campus candidates using probability and logic questions.
• Collaborate with managers to define hiring needs and create annual campus hiring strategies.
• Design and produce onsite and external events from conception to execution.
• Scale campus efforts and attract top talent from universities nationwide.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout the process.
• Attend and facilitate careers fairs, campus events, and on-site events for our programmes.
• Apply an analytical approach by leveraging data, stats and trends to inform recruiting decisions.
