Expect 4 in-office days/week with a base salary of $70,500 to $87,000 plus an annual performance bonus. Strong data, analytics, and BI skills are essential to drive advisor and firm insights.

You will own high-visibility reporting, work with executives, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and outcomes across the business.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred or a bachelor’s in a quantitative field is required.
• 0–3 years of data/analytical problem-solving experience is expected.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable performance views that explain changes and drivers.
• Improve reporting workflows, data latency, and automation with AI tools.
• Investigate performance drivers across advisor economics and initiatives.
• Translate analyses into concise business recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align definitions and results.
