Job summary

Osaic is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst II to join our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team in Scottsdale, AZ. The role focuses on enterprise reporting, budgeting, and analyses while collaborating with leaders across business units.

The ideal candidate will develop driver-based models, support forecasts and long-range planning, and communicate insights to executives. Hybrid in-office schedule required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of FP&A, finance, or business analysis experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain driver-based financial models for revenue and forecasting.
• Support forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning; document assumptions.
• Analyze actual results vs forecast and identify trends, risks, opportunities.
• Work with large datasets to develop revenue analytics and improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare recurring revenue reporting, dashboards for FP&A and executives.
• Partner with business units and Accounting to validate revenue inputs.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Support special projects with financial analysis and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to standardize reporting and improve data quality.
• All other duties as assigned.
