Osaic Wealth, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst II to join Corporate FP&A. The role focuses on enterprise reporting, budgeting, and analytics, building relationships with leaders across business units to inform decisions.

You will develop revenue models, support forecasts and long-range plans, and analyze variances to guide strategy. Strong communication and collaboration are essential in this fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance driver-based financial models supporting the company’s revenue streams and enterprise forecasting processes
• Support forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning by evaluating key revenue drivers, developing financial projections, and clearly documenting assumptions
• Analyze actual results versus forecast, budget, and prior periods; identify underlying business drivers and communicate key trends, risks, and opportunities
• Work with large and complex data sets to develop revenue analytics, improve forecast accuracy, and support business decisions
• Prepare recurring revenue reporting, dashboards, and management-ready analyses for Corporate FP&A, business leaders, and executive stakeholders
• Partner with business units, Accounting, and other Finance teams to validate revenue inputs, reconcile results, and ensure forecasting assumptions reflect current business activity
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to quantify the potential financial impact of changes
• Support moderate to complex special projects by producing financial analysis and recommendations
• Identify opportunities to standardize reporting, strengthen controls, improve data quality, and streamline revenue forecasting and analysis processes
• All other duties as assigned.
