Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on, full-stack productization manager to lead QuantAI asset development from prototypes to customer-ready applications. You will translate strategic direction into architecture, working software, deployment choices, and engineering standards, while building an elite full-stack team around the work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, economics, finance, operations research, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience building and shipping full-stack applications, workflow products, internal tools, platforms, AI or machine learning products.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on depth across full-stack delivery: front-end, back-end, databases, deployment, debugging.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the full-stack productization path for QuantAI assets into applications and services.
• Stand up frontend experiences for usable dashboards and expert-facing interfaces.
• Make pragmatic architecture choices across frontend, backend, APIs, data flows, and deployment.
• Decide cloud-hosted vs client-hosted vs hybrid solutions and balance security, latency, and cost.
• Collaborate with directors, quants, engineers, and client teams to ship productizable outcomes.
• Build and unblock implementation with Python, TypeScript/JS, APIs, and deployment workflows.
• Establish product engineering discipline: RBAC, CI/CD, testing, security, and governance.
• Use agentic tools to accelerate delivery while preserving human judgment and code quality.
