Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of Generative AI solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable AI architectures and manage multi-workstream programs across global teams, including LLM, RAG, and agentic AI initiatives.

You will lead roadmaps, governance, and stakeholder alignment, partnering with architects and engineering to define infrastructure strategies, model deployment, and MLOps integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management with AI/ML initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions with measurable business impact.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, or Azure (LLM hosting, GPU-based inference).
• Deep expertise in RAG and Agentic AI systems, vector databases, and LLM fine-tuning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale AI/ML programs with production-grade LLM/RAG/Agentic AI.
• Define program roadmaps, PI planning, milestones, KPIs across multiple workstreams.
• Own governance, risk management, and executive-level progress reporting.
• Ensure alignment between technical delivery and client business objectives.
• Guide architectural decisions for deployment, fine-tuning, and MLOps integration.
