Responsibilities

• Source and interview candidates for Quant Researchers, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, Traders, and Operations.
• Lead recruitment for hard-to-fill roles in quantitative finance and AI technologists.
• Advise leadership on recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
• Oversee onboarding processes and new hire documentation.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and close top talent.
