Triumph is seeking a Data Scientist to own quantitative systems that power monetization, pricing, and player growth. You will build models behind decisions on pricing, payouts, matchmaking, risk, and retention, working like a trading desk within a small, high-output quant team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject (math, physics, CS, stats, econ) or related.
• Mastery in at least one quantitative domain: probability, statistics, ML, causal inference, or mathematics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with large-scale user or behavioral datasets.

Responsabilités

• Monetization & Pricing: Develop and optimize pricing engines, payout structures, and edge calculations.
• User Journey & Retention: Model full player lifecycle to improve retention and LTV.
• Experimentation: Design and analyze experiments with rigorous statistical methods.
• Behavioral Modeling: Build ML models on high-frequency user data for product decisions.
• Growth & Acquisition: Inform acquisition spend and channel optimization using models.
• Cross-Functional Impact: Translate model outputs into shipped features with engineering teams.
