Triumph seeks a Quant Strategist to join a small, high-output team that builds the mathematical systems powering pricing engines, payouts, and matchmaking. You’ll work at the intersection of math, CS, and business decisions, shipping models that affect revenue and player experience and seeing the results reflected in metrics the next day.

You’ll own frameworks, design experiments, and collaborate with engineers to productionize models, while advancing risk, pricing, and rarity calibration across

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as math, physics, CS, data science, or related discipline.
• Mastery or deep expertise in probability, statistics, ML, CS, or math.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience working with large amounts of data.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize risk-taking and revenue algorithms — pricing engines, payouts, and edge calculations that power Triumph's business.
• Own the quantitative framework for Rips by Triumph: pricing models, pack economics, and rarity calibration.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests and beyond) with rigorous statistical methodology.
• Identify high-leverage quantitative problems across the business and drive them from formulation to production impact.
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and leadership to translate model outputs into real-time production systems and strategic decisions.
• Design and build machine learning models that directly inform acquisition spend and product decisions.
