Associated Materials Innovations seeks a Senior Quality Manager to lead and modernize the plant quality function. You will translate enterprise strategy into site execution and drive proactive quality culture across the facility.

As a key member of the plant leadership team, you will elevate QA/QC capabilities, implement advanced quality tools, and partner with supply chain to reduce defects and costs. This role requires strategic and hands-on leadership at the manufacturing site.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience, including success in transforming quality functions.
• Experience leading quality in mid-to-large manufacturing environments.
• Deep expertise in quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the senior site quality leader, aligning plant execution with corporate quality vision.
• Lead the transformation of the quality function from reactive inspection to proactive, data-driven quality management.
• Develop and execute a multi-year quality roadmap focused on process standardization, capability building, and digital enablement.
• Act as a change leader, influencing plant leadership to adopt best-in-class quality practices.
• Build, coach, and elevate the quality team across QA, QC, and technical staff.
