Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt highly preferred.
• 5+ years of quality management experience in high-volume, medium-mix manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with statistical analysis; experience with Minitab.
• Deep understanding of FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and DOE.
• Effective communicator with leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality transformation across the organization using Six Sigma and ISO 9001.
• Oversee multi-site quality team, budgets, performance and development.
• Drive continuous improvement reducing defects, scrap and waste; improve supplier quality.
• Develop and implement quality systems, procedures and metrics.
• Lead RC-CAPA using Six Sigma tools and statistical methods.
• Serve as ISO 9001 Management Representative and guide audits.
• Train and mentor staff in Six Sigma, ISO, and Total Quality Management.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing on design reviews and CTQ.
