Job summary
Takeda is seeking a senior Quality Strategy & Innovation leader at our Georgia site (Social Circle). You will drive the quality transformation agenda, align site, regional, and global priorities, and partner with the Site Quality Head to deliver value, efficiency, and compliance across operations.
You will lead transformation roadmaps, build capability, and deploy digital tools to improve performance. The role requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech, strong cGMP knowledge, and a proven track record
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP principles and pharmaceutical operations.
- Proven experience leading transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with digital/data-driven initiatives is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Translate global and site Quality strategy into actionable site plans.
- Lead the Quality transformation roadmap and prioritize improvement portfolio.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive execution and track progress.
- Lead site-wide Quality transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use data, digital tools, and innovative approaches to improve way of working.
- Identify capability gaps and define future-ready Quality capabilities.
- Support deployment of the Agile Operating System and digital initiatives.
- Champion a strong Quality culture and learning mindset.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
