Job summary

Sprout is seeking a proactive QMS + Training Coordinator to drive quality, safety, and compliance across facility operations. This role maintains the QEHS Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) and leads SOP development and site-level training programs.

This role defends audit readiness, manages documentation, and collaborates with ops, EHS, and IT teams to improve performance and ensure regulatory adherence across warehouse and logistics functions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a compliance, quality, safety, or training coordination role in industrial, manufacturing, or ITAD settings.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, R2v3, NAID AAA, or ISO 14001/45001.
• Experience maintaining SOPs, training logs, or audit records.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Able to lead cross-functional coordination between ops, EHS, and IT teams.
• Able to lift to 30 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment as needed.

Responsibilities

• QMS Ownership & Documentation: manage documentation, version control, approvals, and accessibility.
• Audit & Certification Readiness: support audits and track corrective actions.
• Training & Competency: develop and standardize SOPs and training programs; maintain logs.
• Risk, Safety & Compliance: support risk assessments focused on data security and environmental safety.
• Cross-Functional Support: collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and technical teams; present QEHS metrics.
