Job summary

Belcan is seeking an Internal Quality Auditor / Quality Systems Specialist / QMS Analyst in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate has hands-on ISO 9001 internal auditing experience within an industrial environment and a proven track record in auditing QMS, nonconformances, CAPA, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities include planning audit schedules, reviewing procedures and records, interviewing owners, and presenting findings with clear evidence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on auditing of ISO 9001-based QMS.
• Experience conducting internal process and system audits against ISO 9001 requirements.
• Strong understanding of nonconformance management and corrective actions.

A perfect-fit candidate for this role is an Internal Quality Auditor / Quality Systems Specialist / QMS Analyst with hands‑on experience auditing ISO 9001‑based quality management systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Ideal Background

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and internal auditing
• Direct experience conducting internal process and system audits against ISO 9001 requirements
• Manufacturing, industrial, heavy equipment, automotive, aerospace, or engineering environment experience
• Experience supporting ISO 9001 certification and surveillance audits
• Strong understanding of nonconformance management, CAPA, root cause analysis, and effectiveness verification

Must Demonstrate

• Personally planned and executed audit schedules and audit activities
• Reviewed procedures, work instructions, records, and objective evidence
• Interviewed process owners and assessed compliance to ISO 9001 requirements
• Written clear audit findings, observations, and nonconformances

Certifications That Make a Candidate Stand Out

A candidate with 3+ years of ISO 9001 internal auditing experience in a manufacturing environment, who has independently conducted audits, written nonconformances, managed corrective actions, participated in certification audits, and holds an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or ASQ CQA certification, would be considered an excellent match for this role.
