Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a QMS Program Manager to own end-to-end quality management in a regulated manufacturing ITAR environment. The role covers documentation control, internal audits, CAPA, and regulatory readiness across North America.

You will drive continuous improvement, build QMS KPIs, and deliver training on processes to ensure compliance and audit readiness across sites.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years in Quality Management Systems, auditing, or regulatory roles.
• Hands-on experience with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Experience with ITAR compliance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the QMS in line with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal audits and CAPA programs; ensure regulatory readiness.
• Oversee document control across the organization, including approvals and archiving.

QMS Program Manager Confidential Search | Regulated Manufacturing / ITAR Environment

Confidential search for a growing manufacturing organisation operating in a regulated, ITAR-controlled environment. Due to continued growth, they are hiring a QMS Program Manager to develop, implement, audit, and continuously improve the Quality Management System across the business, ensuring North America compliance and regulatory readiness.

The Role

This role owns the QMS end-to-end - from documentation control through internal audit leadership to ITAR compliance oversight.

Key accountabilities:

• Maintain and improve the QMS in line with applicable ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485)


• Drive continuous improvement using audit findings, data, and performance metrics


• Ensure QMS process alignment across all sites and departments


• Plan, schedule, and lead internal audit programmes; identify nonconformities and risks


• Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) through to closure


• Ensure ongoing ITAR compliance and act as SME on regulatory change


• Support external audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections


• Own the document control system - creation, approval, revision, distribution, and archival of controlled documents


• Develop and deliver training on QMS processes and audit readiness


• Build and monitor KPIs on quality, audit performance, and compliance; report to leadership

What You'll Need
