Job summary

Marmon Industrial Energy and Infrastructure (Marmon IEI) is seeking a Quality Technician to inspect in-process and final products, document results, and support quality initiatives. You will ensure wire and cable products meet specifications and help develop SOPs while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma/GED and 4+ years of quality inspection experience, with basic arithmetic and proficiency in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required/preferred.
• 4+ years of quality inspection experience.
• Experience in the wire and cable industry highly preferred.
• Hands-on quality inspection and documentation skills.
• Ability to learn and work with ISO/Quality System procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and quality inspections on in-process and finished products.
• Create, log, and maintain documentation for wire and cable products.
• Assist in development of Quality SOPs.
• Support Lean/5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure compliance with specifications.
