Job summary

Generac is seeking a Quality Technician I/II/III to oversee parts quality across the organization. You will partner with internal teams to inspect parts moving into the facility and to support Quality Management Systems, data collection, reporting and analysis.

You will work with leaders to drive improvements in quality systems and performance. The role emphasizes audits, standard procedures, and continuous improvement across shifts, with emphasis on accurate data, reporting, and problem

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts process and product audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Implements resolutions from basic to moderately complex problems.
• Drives process improvements to enhance quality, safety, delivery, and productivity.
• Cross trains in multiple departments as needed and supports NPIs/ECN changes.
