Generac in Sussex, WI seeks Quality Technicians I–III. First shift, Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Pay rates: Technician I $21.25/hour, Technician II $22.75/hour, Technician III $23.75/hour. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible applicants.

The role facilitates the parts quality process, supports Quality Management Systems, and drives data collection, reporting, and analysis to improve quality across the facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or 3+ years quality experience preferred for higher levels.
• Knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and ISO Quality System is expected.

Responsabilités

• Leads problem solving resulting in effective countermeasures to quality issues.
• Implements resolutions from basic to moderately complex problems and selects methods for solutions.
• Implements process improvements to continuously improve quality.
• Leads team in adherence and improvement to Quality Control Plans and mistake proofing.
• Conducts process and product audits to ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
• Resolves design, supplier, or production quality issues with corrective actions.
• Supports gage calibration and GR&R activities.
• Adheres to company policies and regulations.
• Participates in MRB reviews and corrective actions.
