Qualifications

• Must be able to operate manual and semi-automated industrial machinery.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all assigned tasks in a safe and respectful manner.
• Follow procurement of product development and certification projects.
• Manage project procurement processes including building, curing, testing, and shipping tires.
• Perform tasks related to building, curing, testing, and shipping project tires.
• Review and adhere to project schedules.
• Order and label production materials.
• Coordinate procurement/labeling of experimental materials with operations.
• Coordinate with operations and scheduling on equipment requirements.
• Procure project certified tires with documented measurements and markings.
• Address scrap, product/process improvements, and cost reductions in projects.
• Monitor cured and green scrap rates during shifts and participate in scrap reduction plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace per 5S standards.
