Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring Millwrights in Texarkana and surrounding areas to install, repair and maintain heavy industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will work on cranes, pumps, motors and conveyors with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

We value hands-on technicians with a high school diploma or equivalent, CRC Silver, 3 years’ Millwright experience, and the ability to pass a written and hands-on assessment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or CRC Silver level
• 3 years of Millwright experience, 1 in manufacturing
• Must pass written test and hands-on assessment

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain equipment such as cranes, pumps, engines and conveyors
• Diagnose mechanical issues by listening to equipment and inspecting parts
• Follow diagrams, operation manuals and safety guidelines
