Job summary
Goodyear Texarkana plant is seeking Production Associates to operate manufacturing equipment and perform manual labor in tire production. The role requires lifting 50-75 pounds repeatedly and working in a hot, loud environment on-site in Texarkana, AR.

Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or CRC Silver Certificate.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds repeatedly and work in a hot, loud environment.
- Experience with forklift or order picker preferred.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and assist with line operations.
- Move materials and finished products along production lines.
- Monitor product quality and assist maintenance as needed.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and wear protective equipment.
- Keep downtime and machine operation records.
