Kovalus Separation Solutions (KSS) is seeking a Quality Technician in Wilmington, MA. The role involves following detailed chemical mix instructions to create membrane solutions, with on‑the‑job training and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related science disciplines.
• Microsoft Office at a basic level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Returns and Investigations Laboratory, RM A room and Inspection room; ensure safety, cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate Customer Returns investigations: organize meetings, manage material returned from customers, perform simple hands‑on work, draft reports.
• Oversee facilities calibrations: coordinate with external vendors, schedule with internal teams, maintain calibration records.
• Conduct First Article Inspections and Receiving Inspections; issue internal reports and identify nonconforming materials.
• Participate in internal audits and occasional supplier audits; support external customer audits as needed.
• Review test data against specifications to determine product compliance and sign certificates of quality.
• Contribute to additional quality management tasks as needed.
