Job summary

IDEX Health & Science LLC. seeks a Quality Assurance professional at the Middleboro facility to support manufacturing and testing of products.

You will manage calibration, inspections, CAPA, and supplier quality, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and enforcing robust QA processes across materials and finished goods. Under supervision of the Quality Supervisor, you will handle CAPA, document control, MRB, and data analysis, contributing to product disposition decisions and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• AS or AAS in technical discipline plus 2-3 years of related experience with progressive responsibility in Quality Assurance OR high school diploma and 5+ years related experience.
• Regulatory knowledge includes ISO 9001 requirements and sampling plans for product acceptance.
• Interpersonal skills: able to interact across Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Customer Service.
• Technical skills: metrology, MS Word/Excel, statistical methods, and strong technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all test and measurement equipment is maintained in compliance with current calibration requirements.
• Review and approve inspection work instructions; support production and process controls.
• Create Certificates of Conformance as required; manage RMA processes.
• Lead CAPA investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Apply statistical techniques to support quality objectives and maintain sampling plans.
