Job summary

IDEX Health & Science LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support manufacturing, testing, and release of products at the Middleboro, MA facility. You will help ensure calibration, inspection, and documentation meet ISO 9001 standards while driving CAPA initiatives and product disposition.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Customer Service, plus strong technical writing and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• AS or AAS in technical discipline with 2–3 years of related experience in Quality Assurance.
• High school diploma plus 5+ years related experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 requirements and sampling plans.
• Strong technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all test and measurement equipment are calibrated and maintained.
• Review and approve inspection-related work orders.
• Manage nonconforming material and MRB activities.
• Lead CAPA investigations and ensure effective corrective actions.
• Support production and process controls and document control activities.
