Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a related field with LEAN manufacturing knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO, Six Sigma, OSHA or safety-related field preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attendance and strong time management are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Manager at the plant location.
• Enter and track customer and internal complaints; perform root-cause analysis.
• Conduct process audits and data entry tasks.
• Control documents for safety, training and quality.
• Manage non-conforming supplier defects and returns.
• Lead Safety Committee activities in the DC; conduct safety trainings.
