Job summary

Fibrebond, an Eaton company, is seeking a Quality Technician to join our Minden, LA team. The core hours run 6 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime every other Saturday.

You will inspect production processes and completed units to ensure they meet engineering, customer, and internal specifications, and verify shelter builds against engineering drawings and Quality Travelers. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience in Level 2 electrical integration or similar.
• Must reside within 50-mile radius of Minden, LA.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Inspect production processes and finished units against drawings and specifications.
• Verify hold points, signoffs, and documentation.
• Document nonconformances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support inspections across multiple areas and assist with training.
• Ensure compliance with QMS during inspections.
