Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
• Utilize precision measuring equipment to verify product dimensions and specifications.
• Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment and instruments.
• Document inspection results and generate quality reports.
• Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficient in using various inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM)
• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
