Job summary

Qualified candidates bring a technical associate degree (or equivalent), 2+ years in manufacturing quality, and hands-on experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and GD&T. ISO 9001 familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• Proficient in using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and reading engineering drawings.
• Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality non-conformances.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
• Document and report quality data, including defects, trends, and corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and revision of quality control plans and work instructions.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Train production personnel on quality procedures and best practices.
