• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (GD&T).
• Familiarity with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and Control Plans.
• Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of manufactured products to ensure quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis for non-conforming products and implement corrective actions.
• Calibrate and maintain quality control measuring equipment and tools.
• Document inspection results and quality data, maintaining detailed records.
• Assist in developing and revising quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure quality management systems.
