• Assist in development and revision of QC procedures and inspection plans.
• Support production teams in resolving quality issues and promoting continuous improvement.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.

Salary Range: $42,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Support production teams in resolving quality-related issues and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T
• Experience with various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM)
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and statistical process control (SPC)
