Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS in Dalton, GA is seeking an FQC Technician to inspect final assembly products and ensure quality before delivery. You will act as an in-line quality inspector, verifying all quality aspects of the module and maintaining production flow.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 12-hour swing shifts (days/Nights). The team relies on you to document results, address issues with supervisors, and uphold SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Confirms product compliance to established quality standards by conducting visual tests.
• Rejecting products that fail to meet established quality standards.
• Ensure line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands.
• Documents inspection results for final product grading.
• Report any issues requiring a Quality Technician to the line supervisor.
• Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects.
• Monitor standard equipment settings and escalation deviations for adjustment.
• Help other operators during breaktimes and flexibility to cover other work areas.
• Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS.
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.

Reports to: Line Supervisor/Quality Supervisor

Location: Dalton, GA

Schedule: Swing Shift (12 hours)

Day: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Night: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

• Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
• Must be detail oriented and able to analyze information on computer monitor for 12 hours
