Schedule:

• 1st shift: Mon - Fri; 6:00am - 2:00pm
• 2nd shift: Mon - Fri; 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• 3rd shift: Sun - Thu; 10:00pm - 6:00am

About the Role

How you will contribute:

• Train, mentor, and coach current and new quality auditors
• Serve as an initial point of contact for internal and external customer requests
• Ensure sufficient quality audit resources are available and plan resource allocation efficiently
• Perform quality audits on designated processes, areas, or departments according to customer or company criteria
• Carry out First Article Inspections (FAI) and reporting within agreed SLAs
• Initiate or support quality improvement initiatives and projects
• Ensure accuracy and distribution of internal and external quality reports
• Promote best practices in product and process quality among staff
• Maintain and create quality control documentation such as WI’s, QR’s, and SOP’s
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Key Qualifications:

• Experience in quality auditing in a transport/warehouse environment
• Knowledge of operational processes and quality auditing
• Proficiency in computer use and MS Office
• Ability to communicate effectively in the relevant languages
• Capability to perform internal audits
