Amrize is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure product quality by sampling and testing raw materials through finished goods at our Portland Cement Plant in Colorado. The role requires strong laboratory skills, attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, plus 1–3 years in quality or lab work within manufacturing, with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Some travel and weekend shifts are possible.

• Provides quality product to customer by collecting samples and performing tests on raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.
• Tests and certifies findings; records results in databases; uses instruments and calculations to ensure conformity.

Responsabilidades

• Collects samples and performs quality control testing and reports results to management and production staff.
• Examiners samples for physical and chemical properties; conducts tests to confirm standards.
• Records, analyzes and summarizes test results; maintains traceable documentation.
• Assists with customer service issues and helps troubleshoot problems.
• Provides guidance to less experienced staff on complex tasks.
