Job summary

Vibrantz Technologies in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Quality Technician to perform comprehensive laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process intermediates, and finished products, ensuring accurate documentation and communication of results. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with exposure to algebra and chemistry.
• Laboratory testing experience or coursework in physical sciences.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow SOPs, testing methods, and established laboratory protocols accurately.
• Ability to perform percentage calculations and basic mathematical functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process intermediates, and finished products, including preliminary and multi-step chemical, rheological, physical, electrical, and thermal testing.
• Conduct incoming material inspections and execute testing using established laboratory methods, procedures, and instrumentation to evaluate product and material quality.
• Document, communicate, and enter test results and non-conformances accurately in quality systems to support quality records and Certificates of Analysis.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, support 5S and laboratory organization, and follow established testing and laboratory procedures.
