Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED with exposure to algebra and chemistry.
• Laboratory testing experience or coursework in physical sciences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Ability to perform percentage calculations and basic math.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and lab protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process intermediates, and finished products, including chemical, rheological, physical, electrical, and thermal testing.
• Document, communicate, and enter test results and non-conformances in quality systems.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; support 5S and lab organization.
• Support quality improvement projects, process engineering, and R&D initiatives; assist onboarding and training of lab personnel.
