Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Quality Tech to identify and implement systematic quality improvements across production areas. You will own the Quality Management System per ISO 9001:2015 and lead problem solving with internal and external processes.

Responsibilities include solving quality issues in assemblies and supplied parts, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating with suppliers and other departments to ensure durable, compliant quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years of equivalent quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in metal forming, paint or assembly areas is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of project management tools.
• Familiarity with Toyota Quality Systems (QIMS, SQAM) and ISO 9001:2015.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve quality problems in assigned production areas.
• Ensure quality of assembled and supplied parts meets standards.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive area improvements.
• Lead problem solving for short and long-term sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers as needed.
• Support quality system improvements and change controls.
