Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a Quality Technician to support quality activities including inspection of components and assemblies, test data recording, and handling nonconforming materials. The role interfaces with engineering, suppliers, and customers to assure product quality and drive continual improvement.

The ideal candidate has ISO-9001:2015 knowledge, hands-on measurement experience, and the ability to learn Epicor P21 and Lotus Notes in a collaborative, warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school or technical diploma with 1–5 years of related experience; ASQ CQT a plus.
• Working knowledge of ISO-9001:2015.
• Experience inspecting components and assembled products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel; ability to learn Lotus Notes and Epicor P21.

Responsibilities

• Inspect test results and product quality to ensure customer specifications.
• Process nonconforming material and generate preventive actions.
• Prepare outgoing customer certifications and documentation.
• Create and close Nonconforming Material Reports (NMRs).
• Record test data and report findings; perform First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to improve quality.
