Job summary

US Farathane is seeking a Quality Technician to support the Quality Management System and ensure that products and processes meet all internal, customer, and applicable quality requirements. The Quality Technician will perform inspections, audits, testing, documentation, and problem-solving activities to support production and maintain customer satisfaction.

The incumbent will perform in-process, final, receiving, and dock inspections; read blueprints and specs; maintain SPC charts; assist with

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; technical or quality education preferred.
Experience in manufacturing/automotive quality environment is preferred.
Experience with plastic injection molding manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform in-process, final, receiving, and dock inspections as required.
Inspect products and processes to ensure compliance with specs and internal quality requirements.
Maintain and monitor SPC charts and other quality data.
Identify nonconforming material and communicate quality concerns.
