Job summary

US Farathane Corporation is seeking a QUALITY ENGINEER to support ongoing testing and drive improvements in manufacturing quality. You will create and maintain quality documentation, reports, and APQP/PPAP-related materials, acting as the main contact for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• ISO9001, IATF16949, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, QOS, 8D problem solving experience.
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
• Knowledge of inspection techniques and measurement instrument usage.
• Capable of performing Gage R&R, capability studies, and reading blue prints.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing testing of parts (Functional, Dimensional, Physical properties, etc.).
• Create, update and maintain Quality Documentation, Customer Contacts Reports, Customer Sort Reports, Information Relating to Concerns, Procedures, etc.
