Job summary

US Farathane is seeking a Quality Inspector to support the Quality System, audit in-process product, and manage associated documentation. Responsibilities include receiving inspection, dock auditing, and maintaining measurement charts.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of quality systems, inspection techniques, and the ability to perform Gage R&R studies, with a focus on accuracy and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
• Knowledge of inspection techniques and simple measurement instrument usage.
• Capable of performing Gage R&R and capability studies.

Responsibilities

• Perform Receiving Inspection and Dock Auditing as needed
• Perform in-process inspection to verify customer requirements
• Maintain variable charts per blueprint and customer requirements
• Monitor subcontractor data for specification compliance
• Assist in sort operations as needed
• Follow all internal and OSHA safety procedures
• Maintain clean work area per housekeeping standards
• Support Quality Manager with additional duties
