Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Quality Technician III for a 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM) to inspect materials and ensure conformance with specifications. You will develop sampling plans, train staff, and maintain calibration records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect material and parts per quality specification after receipt.
• Create and carry out sampling plans.
• Set up and maintain rework stations.
• Assist in training employees on new jobs as needed.
• Manage calibration recordkeeping and HQMS entries.
• Create and complete NCRs, SCARs and CARs and enter information into HQMS.
• Perform product and workplace audits with documented results.
• Control scrapped or rejected parts until disposition.
• Collect and prepare samples for shipment or testing.
• Use gauges and other equipment to measure tolerances and dimensions.
• Practice 5S and Safety.
