Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Quality Technician II to maintain QC testing procedures, analyze milk and product samples, and ensure adherence to PMO standards. You will use laboratory instruments to monitor process quality and release finished goods only after meeting all quality criteria.

Daily audits, environmental sampling, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, R&D and supply chain are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quality assurance experience in food/dairy preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs and OSHA guidelines preferred.
• Associates degree with lab experience or Bachelor's in food/microbiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform micro plating of finished goods, in process, and subsamples.
• Produce and send out non-conformance reports to management.
• Test incoming milk and finished product to ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct daily GMP audits across production and processing areas.
• Perform environmental testing including air sampling, pathogen swabbing, and water sampling.
• Update quality shift and out-of-spec reports.
• Operate lab instruments and interpret results.
• Maintain ERP records for product holds and quarantine.
