Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority and follow safety policies.
• Take samples and visually inspect milk trucks before unloading.
• Unload/load trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform cleaning tasks safely and efficiently; maintain clean bays.
• Monitor cleaning timers for silos and CIP connections.
• Collaborate with QA on sample results and follow GMPs.
• Cross-train to operate scale house as needed.
