Boston Scientific Arden Hills, MN, is seeking a Quality Technician to support manufacturing lines and ensure delivery of high-quality products. You will handle non-conforming product, assist with investigations, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with production, manufacturing, and quality teams.

The role is onsite five days a week. A high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related experience is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent.
• Team player with good communication.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiar with Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

Responsabilités

• Process non-conforming product and assist in investigations.
• Provide engineering support for yield fallout investigations and CAPA.
• Update databases/spreadsheets for department activities.
• Transact and research material using inventory/traceability systems.
• Train operators on processes and engineering changes; certify operators.
• Assist in audits and in developing or changing manufacturing instructions.
• Monitor traceability, SPC criteria, and manufacturing practices.
