Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a Quality Technician II on 1st shift to inspect Motor Grader, Medium Wheel Loaders, and DV components. You will apply Caterpillar drawings and standards to judge conformance and support assembly and paint processes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and problem solving, with day-one benefits and a quarterly bonus program. Hours are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., M-F, with possible overtime and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in Quality Inspection, Welding and Fabrication, Machining, Assembly, Paint, or Logistics.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and Cat 1E specifications; GD&T knowledge is desirable.
• Proficiency with SAP-ME, AQE, and Excel; Teamcenter for CAD models is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection of Motor Grader, Medium Wheel Loaders, and DV components.
• Apply Caterpillar drawings, specifications and standards to judge conformance.
• Assist in assembly and paint process inspection.
